Before Gazelle’s, I built my experience in customer service and learning and development—training more than 200 employees and leaders, facilitating conversations, writing clear resources, and translating complicated information into something people could actually use. That background taught me to notice where communication breaks down, which questions customers are left asking, and what helps people feel understood and confident taking the next step.

I’m naturally good at seeing possibilities, identifying gaps, curating the right details, and giving a vague idea an identity. My strongest work combines creative experience design, empathetic communication, teaching, and personalized planning.

I’m also a vibe coder. I use AI-assisted development tools to turn ideas into working websites and visual prototypes more quickly. I lead the concept, strategy, messaging, copy, page structure, and customer journey; the technology helps me build, test, and refine those decisions with momentum.

I don’t believe people—or their ideas—need to fit neatly into one box to become meaningful work. My sweet spot is the messy beginning: helping you move from “I’m overwhelmed and don’t know what to do” to “This feels clear, personal, and possible.”
